The Project developed by Fundación de la Gente in agreement with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is aimed at improving access to credit for housing and micro-entrepreneurial projects, as well as the efficient use of remittances from abroad.

This project has two key working components:

Investigation

This component is aimed at studying the habits, attitudes and practices of recipients and micro entrepreneurs, and the promotion of micro-business culture by supporting Premio Nacional a la Mujer Microempresaria. 

Training

This component involves the development of training models for the strengthening of the management capabilities of micro entrepreneurs and recipients.
